Sintex Industries allots 13200000 Warrants

Sintex Industries Ltd has announced that pursuant to the approval of the shareholders at Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 24, 2007, the Committee Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 18, 2008, allotted 1,32,00,000 Warrants to Promoters group on private placement basis at a price of Rs 454.74 per Warrant with 10% of the consideration payable up-front on Private Placement basis. The Warrants are convertible into Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each within 18 months period from the date of allotment.
