Gandhinagar Hotels to consider allotment of shares on conversion of warrants

Gandhinagar Hotels Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 21, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following business.

To allot 5,25,000 Equity Shares against Convertible Warrants issued to the Promoters / Other Persons on November 26, 2007.

To review progress of commercial building project adjacent to Hotel Haveli building.

To review up gradation project of Hotel Haveli.
