High Court approves Anant Raj Industries Limited amalgamation

Anant Raj Industries Limited has announced that the Hon'ble High Court(s) of Delhi and Haryana, have accorded the approval of the merger of following five group companies with the Company:- (a) Kalinga Meadows Limited. (b) B.T. Estates Private Limited. (c) Sarvodya Builders Private Limited. (d) Carnation Buildcon Private Limited. (e) Elegant Buildtech Private Limited. Further a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on October 09, 2006 to take on record the order of Hon'ble High Court(s) of Delhi and Haryana.
