AXIS Bank allots 5350 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 5,350 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 10.12.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,97,41,572 (256,98,70,786 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,97,52,272 (256,98,76,136 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.590 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 603.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 573684 in over 4814 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 601 and intraday low of 585.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 340201869.
