Future Capital IPO receives 133.44 times subscription

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Future Capital Holdings Ltd has received subscription of 133.44 times till 11:00 PM on the last day of subscription - January 16, 2008 as per data available with the NSE website.

The IPO opened for subscription on January 11, 2008 and has received excellent response from investors.

The IPO has received bids for 857039200 equity shares against the offer of 6422800 shares. The issue has received bids for 101549584 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received subscription of 180.7221 times with bids for 696444960 equity shares against the offer of 3853680 shares.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue has received bids for 54196568 shares against the offer of 642280 shares resulting in a subscription of 84.3815 times.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue has received subscription of 55.2187 times with bids for 106397672 equity shares against the offer of 1926840 shares.

The IPO closed for subscription on January 16, 2008.
