On 23rd November, 2018 the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Fortune Financial Services India Ltd granted 3,00,000 ESOP Options of Rs. 10 each under FFSIL Employees Stock Option Plan 2017 to Mr. George Heber Joseph, CEO & CIO of Mutual Fund sponsored by the Company.
