Safari Industries India Ltd allots 19500 shares

The Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Safari Industries India Ltd, vide its meeting held today i.e. 5th November 2018, has approved the allotment of 19,500 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.2/- each of the Company to Option Grantees upon exercise of Options vested under Safari Employees Stock Option Scheme 2016.

Shares of SAFARI INDUSTRIES (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.733.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 769.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9296 in over 793 trades.
