Visesh Infotecnics to consider issue of warrants

Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 14, 2008 to discuss and consider matters relating to issue of Warrants convertible into equity shares on preferential basis, to certain Corporate Bodies Promoters / Directors / other investors.

It was decided that Board will meet again on January 17, 2008 to discuss and consider the above stated matter.
