GTL AGM approves Payment of Dividend

GTL Ltd has announced that a regular dividend of 20% for the fifteen months period ended June 30, 2006 and a one time special dividend of 180%, was approved by the shareholders at the 18th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 27, 2006. The aggregate of the payout of the said dividend totals to Rs 216.76 Crore and this translates to a dividend of Rs 20/- per equity share.

The Company has fixed October 16, 2006 as the date of payment of the dividend.
