Panama Petrochem to allot 4 lakh shares on conversion of warrants

Panama Petrochem Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 10, 2008, inter alia, has approved the allotment of 4,00,000 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each on preferential basis to the M/s. Acme Craft Pvt. Ltd upon exercise of option for conversion of Warrants convertible into Equivalent no. of Equity shares.
