Bhuwalka Steel to consider issue of securities

Bhuwalka Steel Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 18, 2008, inter-alia, to consider Raising of Funds by way of issue of further equity shares / Convertible Debentures / Warrants as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Disclosures and Investors Protection) guidelines 2000.
