Vippy Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 10, 2008, has allotted 15,00,00,000 Warrants convertible into equity shares to promoters / promoter's companies on preferential basis, pursuant to the Order of Hon'ble Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) dated October 04, 2007.
