Vakrangee Ltd grants 441800 options

The Nomination and Remuneration and Compensation Committee has approved and granted 4,41,800 number of options to eligible employees of the Company at a price of Rs. 14.38/- per option under its Vakrangee Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014 (ESOP Scheme 2014).
