Intellect Design Arena Ltd has approved the allotment of 52,08,330 equity shares to 8 preferential allottees on a preferential basis.

The board also approved the allotment of 528 equity shares to the respective shareholders of Laser Soft Infosystems Limited pursuant to the scheme of merger of Indigo TX software Private Limited and Laser Soft Infosystems Limited with Intellect Design Arena Limited.
