AXIS Bank allots 89075 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 89,075 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each 13.08.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,61,66,412 (256,80,83,206 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,63,44,562 (256,81,72,281 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.618.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 605.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 417940 in over 6256 trades.
