HOEC AGM approves 10% dividend

Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Ltd (HOEC) has announced that the members at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2006, inter alia, have approved the recommended 10% dividend on equity shares.

The borrowing powers of the Board of Directors up to Rupees one thousand crore or three times the aggregate of the paid up capital and free reserves of the Company, exclusive of interest, temporary loans and non fund based borrowing.
