HDFC Asset Management Company Ltd shares to list on Aug 6, 2018

Effective from Monday, August 6, 2018 the Equity Shares of HDFC Asset Management Company Limited (HDFCAMC) shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'B' Group of Securities.

HDFCAMC recently came with IPO of 25,457,555 Equity Shares (including anchor portion of 6,653,265 Equity Shares) through 100% book building process in a price range of Rs.1095 to Rs.1100.

The IPO received overwhelming response from investors with subscription of more than 83 times.

Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, Axis Capital Limited, DSP Merrill Lynch Limited, Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited, CLSA India Private Limited, HDFC Bank Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, IIFL Holdings Limited, JM Financial Limited, J.P. Morgan India Private Limited, Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited and Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities (India) Private Limited were the Book Running Lead Managers to the issue.

Shares of HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1974.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1932.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 100547 in over 2941 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1980 and intraday low of 1942.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 197759727.
