The promoter group entity has purchased 42,891 equity shares on July 24, 2018 through open market purchase for an amount of Rs. 19128118.93. The same entity also picked up 1,00,148 equity shares on July 25, 2018 through market purchase for an amount of Rs. 45379034.88.

Post the above purchases, Sudha Apparels Limited's stake in the company has increased from 555000 equity shares or 0.83% to 698039 equity shares or 1.04%.
