TCI Express Ltd allots 21900 shares

The Share Transfer Committee of the Board of Directors of TCI Express Ltd in its meeting held on July 13, 2018 has allotted 21,900 Equity Shares under ESOS-2016. These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has been increased from 3, 82,88,725 to 3,83,10,625 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of TCI Express Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.572.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 570. The total number of shares traded during the day was 547 in over 33 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 583.9 and intraday low of 570. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 315339.
