MBL Infrastructures Ltd allots 6,33,00,000 equity shares to Promoter Group

The Board of Directors of MBL Infrastructures Ltd in its meeting held today, has allotted 6,33,00,000 equity shares of the Company of Rs 10 each fully paid to the following Promoter & Promoter Group of the Company on preferential basis.

The equity shareholding of the Promoter Group in Company after allotment is 68.49%. (65.23 % as above and 3.26 % of Prabhu International Vyapaar Private Ltd.)

Shares of MBL Infrastructures Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.18.61 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 17.98. The total number of shares traded during the day was 51850 in over 148 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 18.87 and intraday low of 17.13. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 955436.
