Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd allots 352,700 equity shares

Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd has approved the allotment of 352,700 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each under the various Employee Stock Option Schemes of the Company, on July 09, 2018.

The said equity shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
