Jagdish Nathalal Patel, belonging to the Promoter Group of Jyoti Resins & Adhesives Ltd has bought 5,000 equity shares of the company through open market purchase on June 26, 2018, which has increased his stake in the company from 492728 equity shares or 12.31% to 497728 equity shares or 12.44%.

Jyotika Jagdish Patel, belonging to the Promoter Group has purchased 1,060 equity shares of the company on June 26, 2018 for an amount of Rs. 99140 through market purchase, resulting in her stake increase to 364126 equity shares or 9.10% from 363066 equity shares or 9.07%.
