Gujarat Apollo allots 550000 warrants

Gujarat Apollo Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 29, 2007, has allotted 5,50,000 warrants of Rs 180/- each aggregating to Rs 990 lacs to the promoter / promoter's group as per the Special Resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2007.
