Shriram Overseas - Hon'ble High Court, Mumbai sanctions Scheme of Amalgamation

Shriram Overseas Finance Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay by its order dated August 18, 2006, has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Shriram Recon Trucks Ltd (SRTL) with the Company. The copy of the said order has been filed by SRTL along with Form 21 in the Office of Registrar of Companies on September 26, 2006.
