Wockhardt Ltd allots 8200 shares

The Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Wockhardt Ltd has allotted 8,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each on 15th June, 2018, pursuant to exercise of employee stock options under Employee Stock Options Scheme - 2011 of the Company.

In view of the above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 55,31,52,265/- (11,06,30,453 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each) to Rs. 55,31,93,265/- (11,06,38,653 equity shares of Rs.5/- each).
