Avana Logistek Ltd files DRHP with SEBI for IPO

Avana Logistek Ltd (Avana), an associate of Shreyas Shipping and Logistics Limited, has filed its draft red herring prospectus dated June 15, 2018 with the Securities and Exchange Board of India today, i.e. on June 15, 2018, in order to undertake an initial public offering of its equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each (the "Equity Shares"). The Issue consists of a fresh issue of the Equity Shares aggregating up to Rs. 3,000 million and an offer for sale of up to 4,300,000 Equity Shares by Transworld Holdings Limited, Mauritius, a promoter of Avana.

Shares of SHREYAS SHIPPING & LOGISTICS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.479 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 464.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 909 in over 40 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 479 and intraday low of 465.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 426949.
