Novopan Industries AGM approves 21% dividend, to enter amino resins manufacturing

Novopan Industries Ltd has announced that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declared dividend @ 21% on equity shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company.

Approved the commencement of business of manufacture of Amino Resins as mentioned in the other objects of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
