Country Club allots 1880322 equity shares

Country Club India Ltd has announced that the Company has allocated 18,80,322 Equity Shares at a price of Rs 770/- per share in respect of issue of Equity Shares to QIB's under Qualified Institutional Placement Mechanism under Chapter XIII-A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines 2000.

The Stock was trading at Rs.901, up by Rs.7.20 or 0.81%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.926 and low of Rs.885.

The total traded quantity was 11319 compared to 2 week average of 5961.
