Kaashyap Technologies Board Meeting approves capital reduction

Kaashyap Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 03, 2006, inter alia, has discussed and decided the following:

- The Board adopted the approval given on the Order of the Hon'ble High Court of Madras Judicature about the reduction of Equity Capital of the Company from Rs 56,32,06,350/- consisting of 5,63,20,635 equity shares of Rs 10/- each into Rs 5,63,20,635/- consisting of 5,63,20,635 equity shares of Re 1/- each.
