AXIS Bank allots 112600 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 1,12,600 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each 04.06.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,54,31,572 (256,77,15,786 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,56,56,772 (256,78,28,386 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.536.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 537.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 362673 in over 2533 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 542 and intraday low of 531.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 194075156.
