Zodiac-JRD-MKJ AGM approves 5% dividend

Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved declaration of dividend of Rs 0.50 per share on equity shares of Rs 10/- each. All the Resolutions were passed unanimously.
