DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund acquires 6.07% in Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd through QIP

DSP BlackRock Trustee Company Pvt. Ltd. (DSPBRTC) is the trustee for the schemes launched by DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund (DSPBRMF) and DSP BlackRock Alternative Investment Fund (DSPBRAIF). DSPBRTC on behalf of the schemes of DSPBRMF has acquired equity shares of Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd (company).

Two of the schemes, viz DSP BlackRock Equity Fund & Bond Fund and DSP BlackRock Equity Fund has acquired 1,326,100 equity shares of the company on May 8, 2018 through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) due to which the shareholding in the company across various schemes under DSPBRMF has increased beyond 5% of the paid up capital of the company. The current shareholding of the schemes in the company is 6.07% considering paid up capital post QIP issue.

Shares of GANESHA ECOSPHERE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.387 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 394.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1636 in over 66 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 397 and intraday low of 383.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 640529.
