AXIS Bank allots 28260 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 28,260 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each 07.05.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,52,06,552 (256,76,03,276 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,52,63,072 (256,76,31,536 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.534.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 520.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 286466 in over 3104 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 537.25 and intraday low of 523.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 152233301.
