Tyche Peripheral allots 31000000 warrants

Tyche Peripheral Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 18, 2007, inter alia, has allotted 3,10,00,000 Warrants convertible into equity shares on preferential basis in accordance with the resolution approved by the shareholders by means of Postal Ballot.
