Surana Industries exercises over allotment option of FCCB Issue

Surana Industries has announced with reference to earlier announcement dated June 20, 2007 regarding issue of FCCB of US$ 14 million, that the Over allotment Option of US$ 11 million was exercised and the same was fully subscribed on December 07, 2007. The Bond will be listed in Luxemburg Stock Exchange.
