JM Financial Ltd allots 8,24,767 equity shares

Pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employees' Stock Option Scheme, the Allotment Committee of the Board, at its meeting held today, has allotted 8,24,767 equity shares of the face value of Re.1/- (Rupee One Only) each.

Subsequent to the allotment of above equity shares the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs. 83,87,05,025/- representing 83,87,05,025 equity shares of the face value of Re. l/- each.

Shares of JM FINANCIAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.137 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 142.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 370731 in over 3542 trades.
