AXIS Bank allots 52840 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 52,840 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each 02.05.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,51,00,872 256,75,50,436 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,52,06,552 (256,76,03,276 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
