Gopala Polyplast to allot 14.8 Lakh Shares

Gopala Polyplast Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 22, 2007, to allot 14,80,000 Equity Shares of Rs 5/- each to some of the holders of Equity Warrants of Rs 6.50 each who have opted for conversion of Equity Warrants in to Equity Shares.
