Bank of Maharashtra Board to consider fund raising on May 4, 2018

A meeting of Board of Directors of Bank will be held on Friday, 04th May, 2018 to consider the proposal of raising of capital of Bank by way of issue of equity shares through FPO / Rights issue / QIP / Preferential issue or any other mode or combination thereof and / or through issue of bonds or such other securities as may be permitted under applicable laws, subject to necessary approvals / permissions, if required.

Shares of BANK OF MAHARASHTRA was last trading in BSE at Rs.13.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 13.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 33186 in over 112 trades.
