Sathavahana Ispat to consider issue of securities

Sathavahana Ispat Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 20, 2007, inter alia, to consider issue of equity shares / share warrants to Bodies corporate outside India and to promoters Group on preferential allotment basis.
