Punj Lloyd allots 4034946 shares upon conversion of FCCBs

Punj Lloyd Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors in its meeting held on December 17, 2007, has allotted 4,034,946 equity shares upon conversion of Zero Coupon Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds aggregating to US $ 24,800,000.
