Nexxoft Infotel Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 22, 2007, inter alia, to consider fresh issue of Equity Share Capital / Share warrants through Preferential Allotment to Promoters / friends / other than promoters. Further the Board may also consider issue of FCB Debentures.
