AXIS Bank allots 329000 equity shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 3,29,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each 16.04.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,35,20,372 (256,67,60,186 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,41,78,372 (256,70,89,186 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.542.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 541.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 255164 in over 2656 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 544 and intraday low of 531.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 137252617.
