GlaxoSmithkline Consumer - Q3 result on Oct 26, 2006

GlaxoSmithkline Consumer Healthcare Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 26, 2006, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Quarterly Financial Results for the Quarter ended on September 30, 2006 (Q3) and to consider payment of an interim dividend for the year ended December 31, 2006.

Further the Company has informed that November 01, 2006, has been fixed as Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend, if approved at the Board Meeting. Dividend warrants in respect of the proposed dividend, if declared, will be made payable on or before November 23, 2006.
