Micro Technologies AGM approves 20% dividend

Micro Technologies India Ltd has announced that the members at 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend @ Rs 2 per share (20% on par value of Rs 10/-) on the equity share capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006.
