AXIS Bank allots 1,80,150 equity shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 1,80,150 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each 09.04.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,31,60,072 (256,65,80,036 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,35,20,372 (256,67,60,186 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.517.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 500.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 469541 in over 5887 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 521 and intraday low of 502.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 241485292.
