NOCIL Ltd allots 96225 shares

Pursuant to NOCIL Ltd's 'Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2007' as amended, on 19th March 2018, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has allotted to the Option Allottee / Senior Management Personnel, 96,225 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company. The said shares have been allotted at an Exercise Price of Rs. 84.05 per share on exercise of equal number of Stock Options granted on 16th March 2017.
