Vyapar Industries allots GDRs

Vyapar Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 13, 2007, has issued and allotted 19,100,000 Global Depository Receipts representing 4,775,000 Equity Shares of par value of Rs 10 each, at an offer price of US$ 0.89 per Global Depositary Receipt, to be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange Securities Trading Ltd (SGX-ST). Silverdale Services Ltd, London, was the sole Lead Manager for the offering.
