The ESOP Committee has granted 1,00,000 (One Lakh) options to the eligible employee(s) of EMCO Ltd at exercise price of Rs. 10.20 per share under its Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2015. Each option granted to the eligible employees shall carry a right to subscribe equity share of the Company upon vesting and payment of pre-determined exercise price to the Company.
