Manappuram General Finance & Leasing Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 20, 2007, to consider the allotment of convertible Preference Shares, as per following details:

1. Hudson Equity Holdings Ltd, Port Loius Mauritius : 23,40,000 No. of Shares

2. Sequoia Capital India Investment Holding I, Port Louis Mauritius : 23,40,000 No. of Shares.
